Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO), in partnership with the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs (MoHUA) and the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), successfully hosted a three-day Master Trainer Training Programme under Mission Karmayogi – Phase 2 from 8–10 December 2025. The programme will serve as a key enabler for the rollout of the Rashtriya Karmayogi – Large Scale Jan Seva Programme, aimed at strengthening citizen-centric governance and enhancing public service delivery across the Government of India. A total of 17 MoHUA organisations participated, including HUDCO, NCRTC, NIUA, TCPO, BMTPC, NBO, DUAC, CPHEEO, L&DO and several others. The capacity-building sessions focused on competency-based training and assessment, citizen-centric and collaborative governance, behavioural transformation for ‘Seva Bhaav’ and use of digital platforms such as iGOT-Karmayogi and the PedGog App. Participants engaged in case exercises, peer collaboration and facilitation practice sessions aligned with the Phase-II roadmap to prepare Karmayogi Coaches who will later conduct similar training programmes. The participants were guided to apply Mission Karmayogi principles to workplace improvements and enhanced public service delivery. All Master Trainers completed registration on iGOT-Karmayogi/Pedgog, and the Ministry emphasized continued use of digital platforms for learning progression and certification. Participants appreciated the meaningful insights, cross-institutional learning and strengthened understanding of competency-based governance.
