Consolidated Financial Highlights

  •   Rs. 8,998 cr. consolidated Profit After Tax recorded in Q1’27 vs Rs. 8,981 cr. in Q1’26.

  •   Consolidated Loan Asset Book stands at Rs. 11,60,133 cr. as on 30.06.2026.

  •   PFC Group continues to be the largest renewable financier in the country, with renewable loan book

    at Rs. 1,63,184 cr. as on 30.06.2026.

  •   Consolidated Net worth (including non-controlling interest) is at Rs. 1,87,106 cr. as on 30.06.2026.

  •   On the asset quality front, Net credit impaired asset ratio (Stage III) is at 0.13% in Q1’27, a 18 bps

    reduction from Q1’26. Gross credit impaired asset (Stage III) ratio also significantly declined by 81 bps from 1.47% in Q1’26 to 0.66% in Q1’27. 

     Stand Alone Financial Highlights

               Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.90 per share declared by Board in Q1’27.

    •   Rs. 4,745 cr. standalone Profit After Tax registered in Q1’27 vs Rs. 4,502 cr. in Q1’26.

    •   Loan Asset Book is at Rs. 5,70,045 cr. as on 30.06.2026

    •   PFC continues to maintain comfortable capital adequacy levels. CRAR as on 30th June,2026 is at

      23.35%, with Tier 1 capital at 21.97%.

    •   14% Y-o-Y increase in net worth and stands at Rs. 1,08,548 cr. as on 30.06.2026

    •   The asset quality continues to be robust, with Net NPA ratio at 0.15%.

      On PFC’s performance, Chairman and Managing Director, Ms. Parminder Chopra shared that with a clear focus on delivering sustained value to our shareholders, the Board has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3.90 per share.
