The 89th edition of Fit India Sundays on Cycle was organised in Surat yesterday with the theme "Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat," bringing together athletes, fitness enthusiasts, students, youth and citizens to promote a healthy, active, and substance-free lifestyle.

Union Minister of Youth Affairs & Sports Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya and Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Shri Harsh Sanghavi, along with the participants, took the Nasha Mukt Pledge, reaffirming their collective commitment to building a healthier, safer and drug-free India.

The pledge strengthened the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s message of collective resolve under the Nasha Mukti Sankalp Abhiyan, inspiring citizens, particularly the youth, to stay away from substance abuse and contribute to the vision of a Nasha Mukt Bharat.

The 89th Sundays on Cycle in Surat commenced early morning at the Sardar Patel Statue, Mangadh Chowk, with participants engaging in fitness activities, yoga, zumba, and various challenges before embarking on a cycling ride towards the Sarthana Zoo.
