Twelve IPS officers have been assigned new portfolios in Telangana. G Sudheer Babu has been posted as IGP, Multizone II, Hyderabad and given additional charge of post of IGP, Multizone I, Hyderabad, while Dr Tarun Joshi was appointed as Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, Hyderabad and M Srinivasulu takes over as Commissioner of Police, Ramagundam. Similarly, L S Chowhan is retained as DIG, Jogulamba, Zone VII; D Joel Davis has been shifted as Joint CP (Traffic) Cyberabad; Narayana Naik as DIG, SCRB, CID Hyderabad; K Apoorva Rao as SP (Vigilance), TSRTC, Hyderabad; D Uday Kumar Reddy as DCP, South West Zone, Hyderabad City; R Giridhar as DCP, East Zone, Hyderabad City; D Muralidhar as Deputy Director, RBVRR Telangana State Police Academy; Sadhana Rashmi Perumal as DCP, Task Force Hyderabad City and Dr B Naveen Kumar is asked to report to DGP office.
