Eight senior IAS officers have shifted in Jharkhand. Avinash Kumar has been made Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister, while Arava Rajkamal has been made the Home Secretary. Similarly, Vinay Kumar Choubey has been made the Principal Secretary, Panchayati Raj Department, while Ajay Kumar Singh PS, Health Department has been relieved of the responsibility of Rural Affairs Department and Chandrashekhar will hold additional charge of Rural Affairs Development Department. Besides, Aboobacker Siddique P, PS, Health, has been relieved of the responsibility of Mines Department; Jitendra Kumar Singh takes over as Agriculture Secretary and Praveen Kumar Toppo, Personnel Secretary, has been given additional charge of the Industries Department.
