NBCC (India) Limited has successfully concluded the e-auction of 417 residential units with a saleable area of 13.12 lakh sq,ft. at Aspire Leisure Valley ( 2 towers – 306 flats) , Greater Noida (West), Uttar Pradesh and Aspire Silicon City ( 1 tower - 111flats), Phase-IV, Sector-76, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.The e-auction resulted in a total sale value of approximately Rs. 1,045.40 crore, reflecting strong market response and bids received above the reserve price. The high-stakes auction received an overwhelming response with bids well above the reserve price. The funds will go towards repayment of bank loans as well as reducing the funding requirement of ongoing projects.
A project monitored by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, these projects have state-of-the-art facilities and strategic location making it a popular investment opportunity. This sale will prove to be a milestone in completing the stalled Amrapali projects and will fulfil the dream of many homebuyers to own a home.
Till date, e-auctions have cumulatively resulted in the sale of 5671 units across new FAR projects of Amrapali (Aspire Golf Homes, Aspire Centurion Park, Aspire Dream Valley, Aspire Leisure Park, Aspire Silicon City and Aspire Leisure Valley) with a total saleable area of 153.72 Lakh sq. ft. at a total highest bid value of Rs. 11,719.27 Crore
