Shri Atul Sobti, Director General, SCOPE, inaugurated the educational immersion of the third cohort of the DAKSH- SCOPE and CBC's flagship leadership program for senior Public Sector leaders at ISB, Hyderabad. The intensive six-day educational immersion brings together 72 top-tier executives from 21 PSEs from across the country, setting the stage for a robust, future-ready public sector.
Addressing the participants, Shri Atul Sobti said that the program is a first of its kind transformative, immersive leadership journey blending academic, global, Industry and practical experiences. He urged the cohort to maximize diverse peer perspectives, embrace discomfort, and remain open to unlearning and relearning.
Building on the resounding success of its first two cohorts, this educational immersion delivers an integrated experience that seamlessly blends classroom instruction with real-world industry and leadership immersions. The curriculum tackles critical modern challenges—including Purpose-Driven Leadership, Digital & AI-Enabled Transformation, and Strategic Renewal—empowering participants to engage with pioneering enterprises and refine their leadership strategies for a rapidly evolving landscape.
DAKSH (Development of Aspiration, Knowledge, Succession & Harmony) is a 12-month immersive learning journey, meticulously designed to be future-focused, empowering participants with the strategic, behavioural, and transformational competencies required to navigate the complex and evolving challenges of the Public Sector.
