Signs MoU with Goaldfields Australia Pty Ltd.
NBCC (India) Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Goldfields Australia Pty Ltd, a leading real estate developer headquartered in Melbourne, to collaborate on real estate, infrastructure and redevelopment projects across Australia. The MoU was signed by Shri Pradeep Sharma, ED (BD), NBCC and Shri Dr. Harsha Vardhan, Managing Director, MedAchievers Pvt. Ltd. (Exclusive & Official Partner of Goldfields Australia). The MoU was signed in the presence of Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD, NBCC and Mr. Marco Gattino, Managing Director, Goldfields Australia Pty Ltd along with Dr. Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial) and Shri Anjeev Kumar Jain, Director (Finance), NBCC. The MoU establishes a framework for partnership between the two organizations to identify, develop and execute projects based on mutually agreed terms and structures. The collaboration aims to combine NBCC’s internationally recognized expertise in construction, engineering, and project management with Goldfields’ extensive experience in developing residential apartments, build-to-rent projects, master-planned communities, hospitality, commercial office towers and mixed-use precincts in key Australian cities including Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth. Under this understanding, NBCC will initiate the process of opening a branch office in Australia in compliance with regulatory guidelines in both India and Australia. The branch office will facilitate the execution of joint projects, with Goldfields extending local support, coordination and liaison services with relevant authorities. MedAchievers Pvt. Ltd. will act as the exclusive partner and facilitator for Goldfields in India, managing all communication and documentation on its behalf. The collaboration may initially include projects such as 88 Robertson Street in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane and the Shepparton Master planned Community in Victoria, along with other upcoming developments that will be mutually identified. For each project, Goldfields will act as the developer, bringing in design, technical and investment expertise, while NBCC will participate as Joint Partner, Project Management Consultant, Engineering Procurement Construction Contractor, or Joint Development Partner, depending on the mutually agreed structure of each project. The MoU will remain valid for five years and may be renewed upon mutual consent. Both organizations have agreed to maintain confidentiality over all data, financial information, and strategic project details shared under this partnership. This partnership marks a significant milestone in NBCC’s ongoing global expansion and reflects its commitment to strengthening India’s presence in international construction and real estate markets. With a strong portfolio of projects executed both in India and overseas, including those in the Maldives, Mauritius, Seychelles and Oman, NBCC continues to demonstrate excellence in quality, innovation and timely delivery.
