NBCC (India) Ltd and Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. (HUDCO) both Navratna CPSEs have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to execute transformative development projects in Panchkula, Kaushambi, Ahmedabad and New Delhi.
The MoU was signed by Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman and Managing Director of HUDCO, and Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman and Managing Director of NBCC (India) Ltd., in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.
Under this agreement, NBCC will spearhead the development of a commercial complex at Kaushambi in Ghaziabad, the integrated redevelopment of HUDCO’s land parcel in Panchkula, the construction of new blocks at HUDCO’s Regional Office in Ahmedabad, and the reconstruction of residential flats at the Asian Games Village Complex in the national capital. Together, these projects represent a combined investment of more than Rs.117 crore and will be executed on a turnkey basis by NBCC.
The collaboration brings together HUDCO’s deep legacy in housing and urban development with NBCC’s proven expertise in delivering sustainable, world-class infrastructure. By combining resources and strengths, the two Navratna CPSEs will accelerate the creation of modern, energy-efficient and people-centric spaces that align with India’s vision for sustainable cities.
