Ashish Kumar Agarwal has been shifted from Research Design and Standards Organisation (RDSO) to North Eastern Railway (NER) and posted as Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), Izzatnagar. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
