NBCC inks MoU with Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs

NBCC (India) Ltd., a Navratna CPSE, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the FY 2026-27 on 30th September 2026 with its Administrative Ministry, MoHUA, outlining the performance targets of the Company for the FY 2026-27.

The MoU has been signed by Smt. D. Thara (IAS), Secretary (CD), Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, on behalf of the Ministry and by Dr. K.P Mahadevaswamy, Chairman and Managing Director, NBCC, on behalf of the Company.

The signing ceremony was graced by the presence of senior officials including Shri Ravi Kumar Arora (IAS), Joint Secretary (Land & Estates); Shri Sanjeet (IRAS), Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor, MoHUA; Shri Sandeep Kulharia (IRSME), Director (Estate), MoHUA, Sh. Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial); Mr. Anjeev Kumar Jain, Director (Finance); and Sh. M.B. Singhal, Executive Director (Finance), NBCC, along with other officials of the Ministry and NBCC. The MoU sets out the performance targets for the Company for FY 2026-27 and provides a snapshot of the milestones to be achieved by NBCC in respect of financial and operational performance parameters.

It is also mentioned that NBCC has been awarded an ‘Excellent’ rating by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) for its outstanding performance under the annual MoU for FY 2024-25.

This recognition underscores NBCC’s consistent operational excellence, strong financial discipline, and leadership in delivering infrastructure projects of national importance.

Building on this momentum, for FY 2026-27, NBCC has delivered robust financial results along with notable achievements in key physical parameters.
