Fifteen IAS Officers Reshuffled in Uttar Pradesh; Four Districts and Two Universities See Changes
Uttar Pradesh reshuffles 15 IAS officers, including new CDOs for Jaunpur and Mau, new heads at PCF and PCDF, and a registrar swap between KGMU and AKTU.
Uttar Pradesh has reshuffled 15 IAS officers. Neeraj Shukla, Additional Commissioner at the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Council, becomes Managing Director of the Provincial Cooperative Federation (PCF). Dhruv Khadia moves from Chief Development Officer, Jaunpur, to the same post in Mau.
Rakesh Kumar Singh, Additional District Magistrate (Finance/Revenue), Lucknow, has been appointed Additional Commissioner at the Housing and Development Council. Dr Chandrabhushan, the outgoing MD of PCF, becomes Additional Director at the Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Uttar Pradesh Academy of Administration and Management.
In Mau and Jaunpur, Vivek Kumar Srivastava, CDO Mau, has been appointed Member (Judicial), Board of Revenue, Prayagraj. Narendra Bahadur Singh, ADM (Finance/Revenue), Lakhimpur Kheri, is the new CDO of Jaunpur, filling the post vacated by Khadia.
The Panchayati Raj and cooperative posts move in a chain. Shridhar Pratap Shahi, Additional CEO, UPEIDA, becomes Director, Panchayati Raj. Amit Kumar Singh, who held that post, is now MD of the Provincial Cooperative Development Federation (PCDF). Prakash Bindu, outgoing MD of PCDF, goes as Secretary, Medical Education. Sachin Kumar Singh, Additional Director at the UP State Agricultural Produce Market Council, becomes Special Secretary, Medical Education.
Geology and Mining sees three changes. Mala Srivastava, Secretary, Geology and Mining, is relieved of the additional charge of Director. Dr Ujjwal Kumar, MD of the Uttar Pradesh Medical Supplies Corporation, becomes Special Secretary and Director, Geology and Mining. Jethima, who was Special Secretary and Additional Director in the department, moves as MD of the Medical Supplies Corporation.
The two universities exchange their registrars. Archana Gaharwar moves from King George's Medical University (KGMU) to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, and Reena Singh moves in the opposite direction.
The reshuffle touches four district-level and eight departmental and corporation posts.
